Terms & Conditions

1. Transportation service only (no event ticket included)

Rydway provides ground transportation only. Your purchase does not include admission tickets or entry to any event held at Dallas Stadium or any other venue.

You are solely responsible for purchasing your own event tickets.

2. Service operator

Rydway is a trade name (DBA) operated by Ocampo Tours, the legal provider of the transportation service.

3. Service overview

We provide round-trip transportation between Dallas, Texas and designated drop-off areas near event venues. Exact pickup and return details will be communicated prior to departure.

4. Payments & refund policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for:

• missed departures
• late arrivals
• personal schedule changes
• weather conditions

If the service is fully canceled by the operator, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

5. Departure & no-show policy

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
• Vehicles will depart on time.
• We cannot wait for late passengers.

If you miss your ride, it will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

6. Travel time & delays

Travel times are estimates only. We do not guarantee exact arrival or departure times due to factors outside our control, including:

• traffic
• weather
• road closures
• law enforcement or event security

7. Operational flexibility

To ensure smooth operations during high-traffic events, we may adjust:

• pickup locations
• drop-off locations
• departure times
• vehicle assignments

These changes may occur due to traffic conditions, road closures, or instructions from authorities, especially near Dallas Stadium. You acknowledge that drop-off and pickup points may require a reasonable walking distance to and from the venue. These adjustments are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds.

8. Passenger conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, we reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone who:

• is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner
• threatens the safety of others

No refunds will be issued in these situations.

9. Personal belongings

We are not responsible for:

• lost or stolen items
• forgotten belongings
• damage to personal property

Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

Rydway / Ocampo Tours is not liable for:

• delays beyond our control
• event changes or cancellations
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Media & photography

By using our service, you agree that you may be photographed or recorded. Rydway may use this content for marketing or promotional purposes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

13. Customer communication consent

By purchasing our services and providing your contact information, you agree that Rydway may contact you via phone calls, text messages (SMS), and email for purposes related to your booking and service experience. This includes, but is not limited to, trip updates, schedule changes, pickup instructions, service notifications, and customer support.

You acknowledge that these communications are essential to the proper delivery and quality of the service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our messages. However, you understand that opting out of essential service-related communications may impact your experience. 14. Acceptance of terms

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
